At Madden Mining, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any questions or experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

30-Day Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To arrange a return, please email info@maddenmining.com.au with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Product Warranty

In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault during the warranty period, Madden Mining will, after assessment, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer. Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

Wisdom cap lamps are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operation, or failure to follow product instructions.
• Accidental damage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorised persons.

Madden Mining accepts no liability for loss or damage occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
