You can return unused/unopened items within 30 days and receive a refund upon receipt. No questions asked.

Email info@maddenmining.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with the return address. 

In the unlikely event that a device fails we will either offer a free repair or a replacement (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).  

The warranty period for Wisdom cap lamps is 2 years from the date of dispatch from the manufacturer’s warehouse, not the date of purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
